I placed my order on fredmeyer.com in the morning thinking it would probably take a good chunk of the day, but the ready-for-pickup email came through way sooner than I expected. it was faster than what I’ve had with a few other stores where I end up checking my email all afternoon.

Pickup was simple too. My order was already packed up, and I didn’t have to wait around or ask three different people what was going on. Compared to some competitors, where curbside or pickup can feel a little disorganized, this was smooth.

Everything I ordered was there, nothing missing, and the timing worked out really well for my day. It’s nice when an online order actually goes the way it’s supposed to for once.

My pickup order was mostly right, down to the little stuff, which I appreciated. There was one item swapped out, but the replacement made sense and they actually told me about it before I left the store. The whole pickup process was quick too. Overall, good experience, I just wish the app made the changes a bit easier to notice.
